“We deliver the LAI Standard.” To a parent, that should mean awards supported by accreditation, benchmarking and market-specific recognition, and a real future. To a university, a grade it can trust. To a ministry, standards held accountably at scale.

LAI’s programmes are accredited by City & Guilds, built on more than 145 years of City & Guilds heritage in skills and education. Accreditation means an independent, established body has reviewed the programmes against its standards. City & Guilds accredits the programmes; LAI awards the accredited programmes - the two roles are distinct, and both matter..

LAI’s quality is assured internally through moderation, standardisation and centre monitoring and referenced externally. An ECCTIS review is in progress, and LAI accredited programmes hold IBCC equivalency in Pakistan. External review is not a threat to an awarding organisation; it is the point of one.

Recognitions
The Recognition Standard.
LAI gives its own awards through programmes accredited by City & Guilds. LAI works with academic partners, including the University of Greenwich, for teacher training, professional development and capacity building at LAI-approved schools. LAI accredited programmes hold IBCC equivalency in Pakistan, and an ECCTIS review is in progress. Recognition varies by country, institution, programme and applicant profile.
